Volunteer Opportunities (Please Choose One)
(Event Coordinator Volunteer) These volunteers will serve as a “event coordinator” to our attendees. Event coordinators will speak with exhibitors and sponsors during the event to ensure everything is in order. Assist with speaking schedule making sure speakers are speaking on time. Conduct final inspections on the day of the event.(Check-In Volunteer) These volunteers will serve as a “customer service portal” to our attendees. Attendees will be greeted by a Check-In volunteer upon entering the venue to assist with the check-in process. Before checking in, attendees are required to present verification of their Exhibition Visitor Pass purchase either by providing a printed out copy of your ticket or by a receipt showing you purchased your ticket. You can also show us a copy of your ticket from your smart phone.(Greeter/Guide Volunteer) These volunteers welcome attendees with a smile and assist them with directions and questions. They help us create a warm and friendly atmosphere for attendees.(General Expo Help Volunteer) These volunteers will serve as a “backup” and fill-in the gaps, where needed. Volunteers will serve in any of the above mentioned categories of Check-in or Greeter/Guide.
